1.3 Shopify & Printful Data (Once App Is Installed)
If you install the PromptInk.ai app (in beta or through Shopify):

- If you connect Printful, relevant data is shared only to generate and fulfill designs
When you connect your Printful account through PromptInk.ai, limited order information (such as recipient name, shipping address, and ordered items) may be transmitted securely to Printful for the purpose of fulfilling print-on-demand orders.
PromptInk.ai does not access or store customer payment details, credit card information, or full order histories beyond what is required for fulfillment.
1.4 Shopify & Printful Data (Once App Is Uninstalled)
If you uninstall the PromptInk.ai app (in beta or through Shopify):
When the PromptInk.ai app is uninstalled from a Shopify store, all associated store data is automatically deleted.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information collected to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our website and services
- Communicate updates, support, and marketing messages

- Operate integrations with Shopify, Printful, and other partners

When you use PromptInk.ai to generate and fulfill print-on-demand products, your order information (including product details, recipient name, shipping address, and selected variants) is securely transmitted to Printful, Inc., a third-party print-on-demand and fulfillment provider.
Printful acts as a data processor on behalf of the merchant and uses this information only to produce, package, and ship the ordered products.

PromptInk.ai complies with Shopify’s mandatory GDPR webhooks (customers/data_request, customers/redact, and shop/redact). When a merchant uninstalls the app or requests deletion, all store-related data is automatically removed from our systems within 30 days.
California residents can request to opt out of data sharing via our Do Not Sell My Info link (if required).
9. Third-Party Services and Links
PromptInk.ai may link to or integrate with third-party services like:
- Shopify (storefront integration)
- Printful (product fulfillment)
- Social media platforms (ads and tracking)
Merchants must explicitly authorize the connection between their Shopify store and their own Printful account through the PromptInk.ai interface. PromptInk.ai does not create or manage Printful accounts on behalf of merchants.
These services have their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices or data handling once you leave our site.

Order and design data sent to Printful are retained only as long as necessary to complete fulfillment and resolve potential disputes (typically up to 90 days). After that, the data is automatically purged from our systems.
